Construction costs are going up, this will likely have an effect on the amount of items that can be successfully completed under the D113 referendum.
District 113 claims that the existing pools are too small for the programs they offer. But one of the most frequent users is a Park District sponsored program. The Park District has their own indoor pool, why aren’t they using that?
